Your team has 2 to 3 hours to make a movie hit, and the activity can be realized in Serbian or English.
At the very end of the activity, it is time for the premiere of the films as well as the awarding of the Oscars for the best achievements.
2. OLYMPIC GAMES
The "Olympic Games" activity combines physical and mental challenges, encouraging teams to work together to create winning strategies. Adapted to the physical fitness of the employees, this activity can be held indoors or outdoors and lasts about 1.5 - 2 hours. Through 8 dynamic games, employees will have the opportunity to jointly devise a strategy for each game and beat other teams in the competition for the best team.
The winning team will win the coveted title of Olympic Champion of the company.
3. Float or sink
Teams are challenged to build a floating ship out of cardboard and extra material, showing their creativity, resourcefulness and teamwork. The activity culminates in a race on the water, where the winning team is awarded the title of "shipbuilder of the year". This unusual team building activity takes place in different water locations, and usually lasts from 2 to 3 hours.
This activity requires the cooperation of all participants in the team, from planning to the realization and construction of the ship itself, in which one person needs to enter who will be the captain of his team and race with the other teams. The activity can be carried out at the pool, lake, river or sea.
4. Bubble Ball
And we came to a new team building activity – Bubble Ball! This exciting and attractive activity involves opponents competing with bubble balls within a designated field. The primary objective is to drive the opponents off the marked ground in order to score points, with victory achieved by knocking out the opponent twice. Alternatively, teams can engage in a bubble ball race across the field, with the first team to complete this task twice being declared the winner.
The Bubble Ball activity brings an element of physicality, excitement and laughter to any team building. It is a perfect blend of strategy and physical coordination, which ensures that every participant is fully engaged. This activity can be done indoors or outdoors.
5. Digital Treasure hunt
This team building activity is intended for an open space in the city (Belgrade, Novi Sad, Vrnjačka Banja, etc.) where employees divided into teams have a map in front of them and need to solve the challenges that are put before them, the challenges are distributed all over the city so that walking is an integral part of the activity. Challenges are activated when the team carrying the tablets approaches the challenge position. The locations placed on the map can also be tourist attractions and this activity is great for tourists or guests who want to get to know the city better through the game.
The team with the most points and solved challenges at the end is the winner. The very end of the activity and the last challenge can be set to be in one of the restaurants or at a location where all the teams will gather and where the winner will be announced.
6. Team painting of the office walls
Team building activity aims to encourage creativity, cooperation and joint creativity among team members. Instead of sticking to traditional work environments, employees will have the opportunity to transform their work environment through painting the office walls.
With this activity, which is led by a graduate academic painter, you encourage creativity, cooperation and the exchange of ideas among team members. 7. ROAD MONSTER
Road Monster is another activity that encourages creativity and teamwork very effectively. Teams build vehicles using the chassis and materials provided, leading to an exciting race. This dynamic task is adaptable to both indoor and outdoor events, offering a unique team building option lasting approximately 2 hours.
Divided into teams, employees will be tasked with creating their own racing vehicle. The team will have to strategize and build a vehicle with the available materials that will lead them to victory in the final race.
